I worked with Catherine Rodriguez at Quest to build strength and balance prior to knee replacement surgery. She’s been amazing — she encourages and challenges me to surpass what I assume to be my limitations but doesn’t set the bar so high that I get discouraged. Now that the surgery is complete, I’m continuing to work with Catherine post-op to re-build strength, flexibility and range of motion in my knee/leg. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found her.
