Our Specialties
At Quest Physical Therapy, our specialties reflect our commitment to advanced training, individualized care, and collaborative clinical excellence. Our physical therapists pursue ongoing education and advanced certifications to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for a wide range of orthopedic and movement-related conditions.
Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy
Quest Physical Therapy has a strong foundation in orthopedic manual therapy. All of our physical therapists have advanced training in orthopedic physical therapy, with additional expertise that may include advanced manual therapy techniques, dry needling, and/or board certification in orthopedic physical therapy (OCS). This depth of training allows our team to provide thoughtful, evidence-based, hands-on care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
Spine Rehabilitation
We provide comprehensive spine rehabilitation for conditions involving the low back, pelvis, neck, and thoracic spine. Our integrated approach includes manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and education on posture, movement mechanics, and activity modification to address both symptoms and underlying contributors to pain.
Sports Rehabilitation
Quest Physical Therapy has extensive experience working with athletes of all ages and activity levels. We treat sports-related injuries associated with soccer, football, baseball, track and field, running, basketball, cycling, dance, gymnastics, volleyball, hiking, tennis, and ultimate frisbee, with a focus on safe return to sport and injury prevention.
Post-Operative Rehabilitation
Post-operative rehabilitation is a core specialty at Quest Physical Therapy. We regularly help patients recover from surgeries such as ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, shoulder and hip arthroscopy, joint replacement, spinal surgery, and foot and ankle surgery, following surgeon protocols while tailoring care to individual goals and healing timelines.
Women’s Health & Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
We offer specialized women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy in a supportive and respectful environment. Care may address urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy-related and postpartum musculoskeletal conditions, core and pelvic floor dysfunction, and return to activity after pregnancy.
Work-Related Injuries
We treat a wide range of work-related injuries, including repetitive strain injuries, lifting injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation following workplace accidents. Treatment emphasizes safe return to work, injury prevention, and education on body mechanics and ergonomics.
Motor Vehicle Injuries
