Background
While Catherine has spent the majority of her life in Washington, her father was in the Coast Guard, so she moved around growing up, also spending time in California, New York and Maryland. She attended Newport High School in Bellevue, WA playing soccer and lacrosse. She attended Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY and received her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science in 2011 where she also played Division I lacrosse for the Orange. Catherine then earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University in Orange, CA in 2014. She enjoys treating a wide range of patients with special interests in athletic injuries, particularly ACL reconstruction, pediatric lumbar spondylolisthesis and stress reactions, and treatment of vestibular dysfunctions. Catherine uses a combination of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular retraining and patient education to restore function and return patients to their favorite activities.  Her experience as a lacrosse coach and a high level athlete helps her find the best way to motivate her patients, ensuring they see the value of physical therapy to help them reach their goals and live a healthier, happier, and more active life.

Personal Interests:
In her free time, Catherine enjoys mountain biking, hiking, backpacking, working out, traveling, and playing and coaching lacrosse.  She has coached locally for Puget Sound Select lacrosse club since 2015.
