Background

Joe was born in Issaquah. He attended Issaquah High School and participated in wrestling and track. He also wrestled during his time at the University of Washington where he graduated in 2011. In 2012, he left for Florida where he attended the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences earning his physical therapy and occupational therapy degrees. After school, he worked as a travel therapist in outpatient/ortho, skilled nursing, and home health settings in North Carolina, Indiana, and Chicago before returning home. He has also worked in Mt. Vernon, Olympia, and Wenatchee. Joe has used his wide range of experiences to develop a very holistic approach to patient care, treating not only biomechanical dysfunction but functional deficits as well. Joe utilizes manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education to help patients accomplish their goals of returning to their daily activities and passions.

PERSONAL INTERESTS

Joe considers himself a big foodie and enjoys checking out new restaurants and breweries. He also likes staying active by hiking, running and lifting weights as well as playing pick up games of basketball, softball and ultimate frisbee with his friends.
