Patient Care
I am committed to providing excellent quality of care in a dynamic and fun environment. I am passionate about not only treating symptoms and returning patients to previous level of function, but addressing the underlying imbalances that lead to their injuries in the first place. I achieve this through my treatment approach which follows the three R’s.
- Reset: Joint Range of Motion (ROM) and Soft Tissue Extensibility
- Reinforce: Motion and Strength
- Reload: Integrate Dynamic Control and Functional Movements
Specialties
Board certified specialist in orthopedics and sports with an emphasis on returning the athletic population to the activities that drive them. When we think of sports we often think of shoulders, knees and ankles. Functional movements link together these interdependent regions, meaning we always need to include Ç_coreÇ_ connections to treat the whole person. This applies to all injuries from sprains/strains, chronic injuries or post-operative care.
Professional Affiliations
Affiliated with multiple physical therapy schools as a clinical instructor including University of Washington, Mayo School of Health Sciences, Northwestern University, Eastern Washington University and University of Kansas Medical Center.
