Patient Care
I’m committed to delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care in an environment that’s both dynamic and enjoyable. My goal is not only to resolve symptoms and restore prior levels of function, but to identify and correct the underlying movement imbalances that contribute to injury in the first place.
My treatment framework follows the Three R’s:
- Reset: Restore joint range of motion and soft‑tissue extensibility
- Reinforce: Build motion competency and strength
- Reload: Integrate dynamic control and functional movement patterns
Specialties
As a board‑certified specialist in both orthopedics and sports, I focus on helping athletes and active individuals return to the activities that drive them. While sports injuries often present in the shoulders, knees, or ankles, true functional movement links these regions through essential core connections. I take a whole‑person approach to treating everything from acute sprains and strains to chronic conditions and post‑operative rehabilitation.
Professional Affiliations
I have served as a clinical instructor for multiple physical therapy programs, including the University of Washington, Mayo School of Health Sciences, Northwestern University, Eastern Washington University, and the University of Kansas Medical Center.
Personal Interests
Outside the clinic, I love spending time with my two children. I’m happiest outdoors, taking advantage of everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. On most weekends, you’ll find me exploring local trails, on the water or in the mountains.
