COVID-19 Patient Information

Upon arrival at Quest Physical Therapy

  • We ask each patient wash their hands before checking in or sitting down and at the end of the session

  • Face mask or face covering is required

  • Temperature check before treatment

  • Stay home if you are feeling sick or have fever

  • Maintain social distancing (6 ft) in gym and lobby

  • Notify us if you become sick after treatment

  • Out of an abundance of caution we ask that you use our restrooms as hand washing stations only. If you must use the toilet please spray the Lysol disinfectant and turn on the fan

How we are keeping you safe

  • All Staff will wear medical grade face mask

  • All Patients will wear a mask or face covering

  • Providers follow strict hand hygiene protocol before, during, and after each session.

  • Patient screening

  • Patients are washing hands before and after treatment

  • Social distancing in lobby and gym area

  • Dedicated sanitation staff member who cleans and disinfects frequently touched surfaces frequently during the day. This includes tables, countertops, doorknobs, automatic door opener, light switches, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, lockers, and sinks.

  • Informing our patients to notify our office if you become ill

  • Limiting staff and patient numbers in clinic

  • Minimize paper exchanges

  • Equipment updates to allow for improved sanitation

  • All employees are screened prior to start of each shift
