After graduating Jamie practiced physical therapy at a manual therapy-based clinic in Renton, Washington followed by a sports medicine clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. Jamie is thrilled to be back in her hometown and joined the Quest team in March 2024.
Patient Care:
Jamie enjoys working with a variety of patients in the outpatient setting, seeing each patient as a unique puzzle. She emphasizes proper body mechanics, patient education, and functional exercises in order to help patients return to doing what they love. Her prior work experience has given her expertise with hands-on treatments utilizing soft tissue techniques, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilizations and more to give patients the hands-on help they need to overcome their limitations and improve overall health. Jamie focuses on training each patient through functional exercises that they can integrate into the movements they already perform so that when they discharge they not only feel better but are moving more appropriately and can prevent future injury.
Personal interests:
When Jamie isn’t at the clinic she enjoys golfing with her fiancé, hiking with her two dogs, and exploring the music and sport scene of the Seattle area.
