Laura believes in developing a customized treatment approach to meet the needs of each individual. She uses a combination of hands on manual therapy techniques, specific corrective exercise, and education to help you reach your goals. Laura strives to empower her patients with knowledge regarding their injury as well as the skills to manage it and prevent future injury. She has a special interest in specific core strengthening, pre and post-partum care, and hip dysfunction.

Laura enjoys exploring and hiking in the Pacific Northwest (with her husband, 3 kids and 2 labradores), gardening, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
